You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jiph. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jiph verifies age as part of its KYC process.
jiph.win is operated for and available to players located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Each player may hold only one active jiph account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be closed without prior notice, and balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

By accessing, registering on, or using the jiph.win website and any of its associated services, games, or features (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

You agree to keep this information current and to notify jiph promptly of any changes.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jiph. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at jiph's sole discretion. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery function rather than creating a new account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiph username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jiph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT (TRC20 network). Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) one hundred (₱100). No maximum deposit limit is specified in these Terms; however, jiph reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts where required by responsible gaming obligations or applicable regulations.
Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts using GCash or Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business hours. Crypto withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes subject to network conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jiph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

jiph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, even if jiph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jiph does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
jiph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and available at jiph.win/privacy-policy. By using jiph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact jiph's support team at [email protected] and allow jiph a reasonable opportunity (no less than thirty (30) days from the date of your complaint) to resolve the matter informally.
