No. jiph strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at jiph is ₱100. This applies to all payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. For USDT TRC20 deposits, the minimum is equivalent to approximately ₱500 due to blockchain network fee considerations. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.

USDT TRC20 withdrawals may incur a small blockchain network gas fee that is deducted from the transferred amount. Payment providers such as GCash may apply their own transaction charges separately.

Delays can occur if your jiph account KYC verification is still pending, if the withdrawal amount triggers an additional security review, or if there is congestion at your bank or e-wallet provider. During Philippine public holidays, bank transfer processing times may be longer. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 6 hours, contact jiph support with your transaction reference number.
